51Degrees.mobi Mobile Detection Outside of IIS
51Degrees.mobi has a proven record of fast, reliable detection on ASP.NET website but it has always been restricted to environments within IIS. The 1.2 release has now changed this and detection can now be used offline outside of IIS from any .NET code.

How To Add a "Visit Mobile Web Site" Link To Your Web Site
Forward thinking web sites will have at least 2 different versions of their content. 1 for mobile browsers, and the other for the big screen desktop and laptop devices. 51Degrees.mobi does an excellent job of detecting the device type and redirecting the device to the correct content. To provide users with choice and enable them to switch between the different versions.

iPad Browser ListBox Problem Solved
iPad's don't support ASP.NET ListBoxes. There are small differences in the JavaScript event model between Safari, iOS3 on iPad and iOS4 on iPad. These differences are precisely the sort of problems 51Degrees.mobi Framework solves.
